By downloading and using SprinkCalc Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Use of the App

SprinkCalc Pro is a calculation tool designed to assist fire protection professionals. Results are provided for reference purposes and should be verified by a qualified engineer before use in any official design or installation.

3. Professional Responsibility

The app is intended as a supplementary tool. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations against applicable codes, standards (including NFPA 13), and local requirements. The app does not replace professional engineering judgment.

4. In-App Purchases

Some features require a Pro subscription or credit purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

SprinkCalc Pro and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of calculation results. All calculations should be independently verified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and functionality of SprinkCalc Pro are the intellectual property of Volvox Mobile and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
